WHO WE ARE

ELF Development is a privately owned real estate company with more than 15 years’ experience in real estate development. We focus on developing large-scale urban areas and operate in both Denmark and Sweden. Our vision is to have a positive impact on people and nature by raising the standards of our industry, and our mission is to create homes and neighbourhoods that we can be proud of. We do this in several ways. In addition to our core business in real estate development, we continue to challenge ourselves to build more customer-centric and sustainable. In addition, we recently developed an internal Venture Fund to invest in start-up companies offering sustainable solutions for the industry. This way, we aim for a larger positive effect on the industry than possible through our core business only. We are a visionary and ambitious team dedicated to making a real difference in the industry. Our structures are non-hierarchical and merit-based, and our culture is informal yet professional.
