The old industrial headquarters of Denmark’s iconic food chain “Irma,” are currently being converted into a 115.000 m2 residential area with more than 1,000 units, as well as a small commercial area with cafés and shops. This area is very much at the centre of our philosophy of building neighbourhoods, not just buildings. A lot of effort and resources have been placed into the common areas and outdoor spaces.
Sophienberg Slot, Rungsted Kyst
This beautiful, listed, renaissance castle from 1746 located by the coast, was used in the past as a royal teahouse on the way to the hunting grounds in the north. After long and difficult negotiations with the authorities, it will now be converted into 21 ultra-luxury condominiums.
Trongaarden, Kongens Lyngby
Next door to Dyrehaven (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), on the old Trongaard grounds, we are developing a 24.000 m2 residential area consisting of exclusive rental apartments as well as townhouses.
Sweden; Kajkanten, Limhamn
In the charming old harbour area of Limhamn, near Malmö we are developing 21.000 m2 of exclusive “bostädsretter”, (owner apartments in a typical Swedish legal structure).
